Talent Search Portal

Our idea is broadly to develop a student portal for TATA Steels with a prime focus on talent acquisition.  

   

The portal can be used: 

1) To develop association with all the engineering colleges in the country.

2) To act as a recruitment portal for both internships and full-time jobs.

3) To conduct various student friendly programmes which will develop an interface between college and corporate
